Bull Terrier Rescue of Virginia
We are a non-profit organization committed to rescuing abandoned, homeless, or unwanted Bull Terriers by bringing them together with new adoptive families. We do everything possible to place rescued Bull Terriers in permanent forever homes, and we encourage and promote careful and selective breeding to ensure the health and well being of purebred Bull Terriers. We are here to support new Bull Terrier owners and educate the public on the breed.
We are not a shelter, there is no central location to come and see any dogs. Through the generosity of our Fosters Homes, each dog is welcomed into their home where they are given the love and affection they deserve while waiting for their Forever Homes. We are always in need of qualified Fosters which will allow us to rescue more Bull Terriers.
As a newly formed rescue, we were incorporated in May, 2010 and granted 501(c)(3) status in November, 2010. All donations are tax deductible.
If you know of a Bull Terrier in need of rescue, please contact the BTRVA Rescue Chair at BTRVArescue@gmail.com
BTRVA rescues dogs up and down the East Coast to include Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and more!
